Archeology short overview:
- There are three new types of archaeology solves in Legion: Demonic Archaeology Fragment, Highmountain Tauren Archaeology Fragment, Highborne Archaeology Fragment.
- The new title %s the Groundbreaker is awarded from completing No Stone Unturned, There is also an achievement related to Brann Bronzebeard, The Dwarven Dream, as well as completing 8 rare Legion solves to unlock an artifact appearance, This Side Up. The appearance tab of the Artifact Calculator shows which appearance is from Archaeology.
- Rare Legion archaeology items will be acquired via 110 quests available every 2 weeks, not via random digsite solves.
- There are some interesting rare solves in Legion including the mount Spirit of Eche’ro, Treasure Demon Pet Wyrmy Tunkins, heirloom Spear of Rethu, flying item Starlight Beacon, and toy Crystalline Eye of Undravius.
